Price is $2.75/lb hanging weight plus processing cost.
We require $100 non refundable down payment per quarter at time of order which will be applied towards the final bill.
Average hanging weight of 1/4 beef is about 225 lbs and average processing cost is around $1.00/lb for total cost of around $845.
