We require a $100 non refundable down payment per quarter at time of order which will be applied towards the final bill.

Pork
We sell whole or 1/2 shares of pork.
Price is $2.00/lb hanging weight plus processing cost.
We require a $50 non refundable down payment per half at time of order which will be applied towards the final bill.
Average hanging weight of 1/2 hog is about 125 lbs and average processing cost for basic cuts is around $2.00/lb for a total cost of around $500.
